BOUNDARY BREWING COOPERATIVE

Boundary Cooperative Brewing is a Belfast, Northern Ireland craft brewery founded in 2014 and owned by members of a cooperative who manage its operations. They are the first brewery in Northern Ireland to blend modern US styles. USA with the more traditional Franco-Belgian styles. They don't make fizzy, yellow, bodied beer. They draw on those influences from the modern American Revolution and the more traditional Franco-Belgian brewing tradition to make beers with a lot of body and personality. Hoppy beers, bold and cheeky Stouts, interesting Sours and Saisons and often barrel aged. They have the privilege of using Simpsons malts, considered by many to be the best. They love American hops and play with all kinds of yeast, from clean and dry to funky and bacterial.

Beer: SOTERIOLOGY

Style: Imperial Coffee Stout

This Stout that literally looks like petroleum has been the product of an interesting collaboration with specialty coffee roasters Root & Branch from Belfast, who are neighbors and friends of the boys from Boundary. They used about 16Kg of their San Ramón AA coffee from Nicaragua to make it. This beer, which has a distinctive coffee flavor, is called "salvation in a can." Enjoy in these cold months!

Beer: RIGHT HAND MAN BACK

Style: IPA

This is a hazy, American-style IPA brewed with a 16 g/L dry-hop of Mosaic hops, meaning Mosaic hops have been added during fermentation. This gives it a rather fruity and tropical flavor and fragrance. Mango, tropical stone fruit, citrus and herbs are the most prominent flavors in this IPA.

ZETA BEER CO.

The history of Zeta Beer begins at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2001, where its founders Manuel and Carlos met while studying Industrial Engineering. Carlos, who lived in Denmark and worked for breweries all over the world, and Manuel, who is a big fan of cooking and an active cook, discovers his passion for craft beer by making them at home. In 2013 they both joined talents and shared their passion for beer and founded Zeta in Alboraya, Valencia in a place surrounded by orchards. In such an exceptional environment, one of the most advanced breweries on the Spanish east coast can be found; where, with the exception of the German design team, all other teams have been designed by their founders. All the beers that Zeta produces are unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and only 100% natural ingredients.

Beer: HOP CORN

Style: Dry-hopped Cream Ale

In collaboration with Mister B Brewery, an Italian brewery from Tripoli, a small town near Mantova, Hop Corn is a Cream Ale with corn, yes, like the traditional ones. But grain, flour or flakes. In this collaboration they gave a modern update to the style: to the corn, a good load of popcorn. Also, 5 g/L of Cascade and Simcoe hops, so as not to say. A collaboration that had to come out in a can. Enjoy these canned liquid popcorn!

Beer: GOLDEN RAIN

Style: DDH Yuzu IPA

Hops additions? Hell yeah. And the rind (and juice) of 40 kg of Yuzu brought from the Todolí Citrus Foundation, a wild nursery located in Palmera, Valencia. Cloudy, protein and drinkable. With an abundance of Citra and Simcoe hops for an exuberant aroma accompanied by a good citrus punch of Valencian Yuzu.
