Brewtal Box #048 / FEB 2022 - ADALT BREWERY
ADALT BREWING is a craft beer micro brewery in the center of Palma de Mallorca where different styles are produced with the best ingredients. It is a project founded by three friends homebrewers who decided to embark on this adventure after many years of practicing. Their line of beers is based on small batches (up to 500 L) in which they experiment with different styles and try to improve their recipes with each preparation. From fairly hoppy IPAs, through black beers and stouts or more classic ones like pilsner and pale ales. They pack their products in cans for their conservation qualities and for sustainability. ADALT has become a platform to publicize local artists through its labels, whose exclusive designs are made by island artists such as Marta Juan (@martinha_joao), Verni (@ vernichulo), and GripFace (@gripface).

Style: Gluten Free Pilsner
Golden-colored gluten-free beer. This beer is a classic lager in which they use traditional hops and malts typical of this style. Fresh, low alcohol content and balanced bitterness. Ideal for everyone, and to pair with almost any meal!.

Style: American IPA
Crystalline, golden-coloured classic West Coast IPA. Hoppy, easy to drink and refreshing. Resinous, herbal and fruity aromas are appreciated, rather citrus. intense bitterness Its label has been designed by Marta Juan and is part of a project called PALIMPSESTOS inspired by superimposing images of posters and advertisements, forming several layers of readings.
Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe

Style: Double Dry-hopped IPA
Hazy IPA with citrus and floral aromas. Double dry hop with Citra, Mosaic and Cryo Idaho 7. Malt base with a high percentage of oats and wheat for greater creaminess on the palate. Moderate bitterness.

Amber colored and crystal clear beer. It shows an initial malt sweetness with a light caramel flavor contrasted with citrus notes from Centennial and Mosaic hops. Medium bitterness.
