TWO TANKS BREWING COLLECTIVE
TWO TANKS is a project, a beer collective as its creators call it, born in April 2020 in the midst of a period of pandemic and lockdowns. It arose from the union of the efforts of five friends, all professionals in the craft beer sector, who came up with the idea of developing a product with which they could enjoy a recreational space where they could experiment with the basic elements of beer, making special emphasis on hops and yeast. They released their first beers in October, focusing mainly on cloudy beers, but without forgetting to brew some 'sour' like their refreshing 'Urquinaona Weisse' (essentially a Berliner Weisse) with which they experimented cooking with huge amounts of fruit. Both the design of the labels, by the artist Albert Gabba (@albertgabba ), as well as the creative and fun names of the beers are an essential part of the concept of the Two Tanks collective. All this always complying with his main “maxim”: “DRINK ME FRESH, OR KILL ME NOW”.

Beer: RABID RATS ARE PEOPLE WITHOUT A CLOUDY NEIPA
Style: New England IPA (NEIPA)
What better way to start a craft beer project than with a NEIPA? “Rabid” is quite a declaration of intent, a 5% New England IPA in which Quentin, Albert and Jordi, the 'brewers' of Two Tanks, played with a combination of noble hops unusual in the style (Mosaic, Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Blanc), to achieve a silky NEIPA with a hop punch that will not leave you indifferent.

Beer: ALL RABID CATS ARE BEAUTIFUL
Style: Double IPA
Among the things in common between the founders of Two Tank, is that they all love cats and that's where the name of this Double IPA (or DIPA) comes from, which is definitely an upgrade from Rabid Rats in terms of alcohol (and yes, note that the word 'Rabid' is crossed out on purpose to highlight the upgrade!). The guys from Two Tanks tell us that noble hops have also been used in the elaboration of this beer and the final result has been a delicious DIPA with rather contained alcohol and relatively easy to drink (compared to DIPAs of 8 - 9, 5%), which makes one thing clear: All Cats Are Beautiful!

Beer: EVERYTHING ARE SHAPES & BUBBLES
Style: Double Dry-Hopped IPA
'Everything' is the result of the combination of the famous American hops AMARILLO, SIMCOE, and CITRA, which offers us a beer with a citrus profile and a robust body. It is really a beaker to drink by the liter, as if there were no tomorrow. Ideal to pair with barbecues, smoked meats such as 'brisket' or matured cheeses. The Two Tanks guys up the ante to get this beer: when you're done, let us know if you actually see Shapes and Bubbles.

Beer: FOUND IN THE WAREHOUSE.
Style: Hazy IPA
You never know what you might find at the back of a warehouse, and just like in a bidding war, you could be in for a big surprise. This Hazy IPA is ready to burn everything with the combination of EKUANOT and CHINOOK hops that offers you an unusual tropical profile both on the palate and on the nose. Fans of the 'hazy' will go crazy with this moustache, which comes out of one of the 'two tanks' a few days ago. Some very spicy suckling pig tacos pair perfectly with the 'Found', COME ON BABY, LIGHT MY FIRE!.
