GARAGE BEER CO.
Founded in Barcelona in 2015 by the Italian Alberto Zamborlini and the English James Welsh. It all starts on a course with the late brewmaster Steve Huxley where Alberto and James meet. James comes from a family of brewmasters, and on Alberto's side, he discovers craft beer in Dublin after trying homemade beer brewed by an American friend. It is in their garage in Dublin that their hobby of 'homebrewing' began and what inspired them both to use the name 'Garage'. They started with a 'brewpub' in the 'Eixample' neighborhood (in an area known among brewers as 'Beerxample'). After a few months, they realized the success their beer and brand were having and decided to crowdfund to build a much larger factory in the industrial district of Sant Andreu (Barcelona). Two years have passed since the opening of its new factory and Garage has become one of the most original and acclaimed craft beers in Spain and has also achieved great international recognition, especially in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy. and Scandinavia. Its approach to branding has been done in a very careful way and it has been Sevkan Ariburnu, its creative director, who has been in charge of designing its labels, which have been waiting as long as their beers. They are loaded with originality, imagination and ease, turning each can into an object of desire for 'Desing & Craft Beer Lovers'; adding a new dimension to the experience and enjoyment of craft beer: an authentic visual aesthetic with a lot of personality.

Following the summer vibes of this hot summer of 2022, Garage has brewed another low-proof sour beer, a Gose-style beer. More than perfect for the beach: Mango, grapefruit, lime and a final touch of salt to top it off.

We're going to the Raval in Barcelona with this IPA from El Barrio, and it's very good. It hits you with all the notes that enchant a hoppy beer. A combo of Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson and Simcoe that give a sensation of tropical fruits with a resinous background. White jelly bean, passion fruit, lemon zest, peach and pine make it a perfect summer drink.

Q9. Play the hits, they said. Well here they are. A refreshing, low-proof sour that combines two favorite fruits: passion fruit and raspberry. Its usual Gluten Free base is full of raspberry juice amplified by a touch of acid passion fruit.

Beer: WHIPTAIL
Style: Modern Pale Ale
Designed to be everything we want in a pint. A beautiful pale yellow color full of tropical and citrus fruits and, with a semi-dry finish, make this a very easy to drink beer. Lots of Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7, and Cryo Azacca give this beer a mango, orange, pineapple, and grassy feel. A slightly more pronounced malt profile provides the perfect balance.
